Last night, me and MyFavoritePersonInTheWorld went to see the Lakers play the Bobcats. May not seem like a game of any relevance, especially in February, but it was a game only 20,000+ were able to experience in person. I was SUPER happy to be one of them.

No one wouldve guessed that Phil Jackson would continue coaching after the glory days in Chicago unraveled. No one wouldve guessed that he would come to the Lakers and win a championship his first year. And not ONE person couldve guessed that not only would Phil STILL be the coach of the Lakers (10 years and 6 finals appearances later) but that he would become the GREATEST COACH IN LAKER HISTORY (in regards to wins).

Well I got to witness history. Even though Kobe wasnt 100% it was still an amazing game to attend. Something that I can tell my kids.

I most definitely still have my ticket stub!!

Congrats Phil on an OUTSTANDING career…time to get ring 11 this year!!
